All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products being one-time use, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been delivered.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details and confirm their order before making a purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at connect.jigloo@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and cannot be replaced. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval.
